Cheryl Koo is making a lot of noise at RAW. Breezing through the preliminary rounds, she went on to win RAW Artist of the Year in Fashion at the RAWards on November 16, 2012. Anticipation sets in as she awaits the judge’s decision on who will be crowned RAW Designer of the Year! The winning designer will present their collection in the final show in January 2013.
